Ever wanted to do yoga but feel intimidated by being a ‘newbie’ in a group class? Do you practice Ashtanga in a led class but want to learn the postures and techniques properly? Do you want to deepen your practice and start a Mysore practice?
Join Sue as she introduces the beauty, discipline and freedom of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Practice as created by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois.
Learn about the breating techniques, the visual focus, the body locks and the postures that make this practice such a unique experience for practitioners.
Run every Wednesday over a series of 5 weeks, participants can truly immerse themselves in learning and developing an Ashtanga practice. Students will be encouraged to understand and learn the series, their own strengths and challenges within the series and embrace the physical and mental changes the practice brings.
For the month of November, attendees will have complimentary access to Saturday’s 10:30 Mysore Class with Kerill Yoga at Pearl on the Lough.
All classes have been designed with the support of Kerill Yoga.
